Upon arrival at Paro Airport, meet our official tour operation representative and drive to Thimpu (65km-2 hrs) capital city of Bhutan, transfer to hotel, be refresh, brief about tour program and visit Changangkha Lhakhang & Buddha Dordenma. Overnight stay at hotel in Thimpu.
After breakfast, meet the tour guide at the hotel and join a full-day guided sightseeing tour. In the morning, first visit the Zeleukha Nunnery, National Library and Memorial Chorten of the Late King Jigme Dorjee Wangchuk in the heart of Thimpu town, Ludrong Memorial Garden as well as Tashichhodzong ‘The fortress of the auspicious religion. There is a lunch break in the afternoon then drive to Trongsa (200 KM) and visit Trongsa Dzong. Overnight stay at hotel Trongsa.
After breakfast, your tour guide will come to pick up you from the hotel and take you to Bumthang. The distance from Trongsa to Bumthang is 68km. Then you will visit Jambay Lhakhang, Kurjey Lhakhang & Tamzhing monastery. Overnight stay at Bumthang.
After having breakfast in the morning, you will drive to Punakha, another city of Bhutan and explore the beauty of the city. It takes 7 hours to reach at Punakha from Bumthang. Overnight stay at hotel in Punakha.
In the morning, visit Punakha Dzong, Wangdi Dzong & Simtokha Dzong, Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten. We will also visit Paro Dzong, also known as Rinpung Dzong which is built-in 1644. It is the symbol of Bhutanese architecture. Then drive to Paro and visit National Museum & Paro Dzong. overnight stay at the hotel in Paro.
After breakfast, meet the guide and drive to Sartsham Chorten and then 2 hours of horse riding uphill will take you to the Taktsang cafeteria. After some rest and refreshment, you will be taken for a short trek to the viewpoint to witness a mesmerizing eye-level view of well known Taktsang Lhakhang which is also known as the tiger’s nest. In the afternoon, after lunch a slow downhill trek to Sartsham Chorten and then drive to the hotel and overnight at hotel.
This is the final day of the tour to Bhutan. After breakfast, pack up your luggage and drive to the airport to catch the flight for departure from Paro airport to Kathmandu. Overnight stay at Kathmandu.
