Everest Panorama View Trek is one of the easier treks of Nepal. The fabulous views of the mountains in the Khumbu region further make this trek attractive and enjoyable. Everest view trek is more ideal for those who have limited holidays. Furthermore, this trek fulfills the quest of trekking to the highest mountain on the earth in a short time period.  Due to this, this trek has been the choice of honeymoon couples in the current days.  Along with the beautiful scenes, the trek provides you with the opportunity to explore an exhilarating experience of Local Sherpa culture.

Everest Panorama View Trek starts from Lukla and the trail goes from Phakding to Namche Bazaar. In order to reduce the chances of high altitude sickness,  there will be an acclimatization day at  Namche Bazaar. To acclimatize your body, you will trek up to Shyangboche and return back to Namche for a night’s stay. Besides this,  Namche is the best place to observe the local market and daily activities of the Sherpa people and their locality.

The next day, the trek starts from Namche to Khumjung which is a traditional Sherpa village. You will enjoy the Everest Scenic trek in nature and beautiful scenery along with Sherpa culture and tradition.  In this trek, you have the chance to reach Tengboche Gumba which is an old Monastery, situated at 3867m altitude. While trekking to Everest, you can visit the Tengboche monastery, the largest monastery in the Khumbu region of Nepal. In addition to this, you can further see the panoramic views of the Himalayas including Tawache, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Everest from the same trek.  After getting to the destination, we descend back to Lukla for the final day’s celebration of trekking.

Everest Panorama View Trek - Accommodation

The traveler will stay at a standard 3 Star hotel in Kathmandu during the Everest Base Camp Trekking via Jiri program. The hotel is Hotel Thamel or Similar in Kathmandu. However, standard tourist tea house lodge are provided en-route the trekking trail. The lodge en route the trekking trail generally have twin sharing rooms with common bathrooms. Bed includes a warm mattress, a pillow, and a blanket. Optionally, you can carry your sleeping bag to ensure warmer in high altitudes.

    Everest Panorama View Trek - Detail Itinerary

    01

    Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu Airport (1350m)

    A representative from Himalayan Hospitality Treks and Tours receives you at Tribhuvan International Airport. After a warm welcome, you will be transferred to your hotel. Check out your room, get fresh, and attend the trip briefing session. Actively participate in the final pre-tour discussion on the detailed itinerary, travel plan, and necessary gears and equipment. Stay overnight at a hotel in Thamel.

    Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu and preparation for the trekking

    It is a day for sightseeing and trek preparation. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Kathmandu on a sightseeing tour. It includes the visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square and Kastamandap temple and Kumari Temple (the house of the living goddess of Nepal). Similarly, visit Swayambunath (monkey temple), After Lunch, visit the Boudhanath Stupa: The oldest and biggest stupa in the world, and the Pashupatinath Temple: The biggest Hindu temple. You will have enough time to purchase/Hire the missing list of your gear and equipment.

    Day 03: Fly to Lukla from Kathmandu and trek up to Phakding (2651m)

    Drive to Domestic airport after your early morning breakfast to catch possibly the earlier flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. Enjoy the thrilling and scenic flight to the Tenzing Hilary Airport at Lukla. You will have a joyous mountain flight of about 30 minutes with spectacular mountain views and the hilly terrain of Nepal. Your trek begins at Lukla. Phakding the next point for the overnight stay.

    Day 04: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)- 5/6 hours

    The trek from Phading to the base of Namche is a gradual and steady uphill. After crossing a couple of Bridges reach Monjo. It is the entry point to the Sagarmatha National Park. Present your entry permits along with an identity card (Passport) for the registration. Take your lunch at Jorsalle. Experience the enthralling joy along the trail. Take a closer glimpse from a rest point while climbing to the Namche. Stay overnight at Namche.

    Day 05: Acclimatization in Namche bazaar (3,440m)

    Namche, the Sherpa capital is a business hub and gateway to the Everest Region. You will have an acclimatization day at Namche Bazar for rest and adjustment. Namche is a huge business hub of the Khumbu region with advanced shops, disco centered, and equipment shops. Go for a day hike up to Everest View hotel. Surf around the Namche to capture the aerial view of the town. The Everest View hotel, situated at the highest altitude hotel in the world which offers magnificent views of the Mahalangur Himalayan range. Furthermore, you can visit Syangboche airport, the highest located airport which has been used only for helicopters.  The mountain museum is another significant place to know about Hilary and his Everest expedition. A downhill walk of 15 minutes will take you to the Khumjung village from Syamboche. Take a glimpse of Sherpa culture in the village. Return back to the  Namche Bazaar overnight.

    Day 06: Trek from Namche bazaar to Phortse- 5/6 hours

    Encounter the vibrant and enchanting views while trekking from Namche to Phortse. We will also get in touch and witness the sherpa lifestyles of Sherpa communities and panoramic mountain views. Feel the clouds below your feet and energize yourself with an enigmatic experience during the trek. Overnight stay at Phortse.

    Day 07: Trek Mongla Danda to Tengboche - 6 hours

    Speed up your pace of trekking to enter the spiritual Tengboche Monastery. The oldest Monastery of the region is a cultural center of the region where several rituals are conducted including the famous Mani Rimdu Festival. The downhill trail along the riverside leads to Fortes village. Take a pause for lunch at the Fortes village. Follow the downhill as the first section of the trail and walk uphill to reach Tengboche after lunch. Stay overnight at Tengboche.

    Feel the peace of Tengboche and take yourself to the deeper spiritual feeling with the sound of prayers and burning incense. Check your calendar to witness the Mani Rimdu Festival during the autumn of every year.

    Day 08: Trek down to Namche

    Retrace the same route to reach Namche. The trails in the Everest region have ups and down in every section.  Celebrate your success at Everest Panorama Trek at Namche bazaar.
    Enjoy your rewarding dinner and spend overnight at Namche bazaar.

    Day 09: Trek down to Lukla- 6 hours

    Walk the downhill with proper care. Mind your knees and do not rush while walking downhill. It will be an approximate 6 hours walk to reach Lukla. Stay overnight at Lukla.

    Day 10: Flight back to Kathmandu

    Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu. In the evening enjoy the dinner with the team of Himalayan Hospitality Treks and Tours at a cultural restaurant in Kathmandu.

    Day 11: Rest day in Kathmandu

    This is a rest day to relax your body and mind. You can choose to go on a sightseeing tour. Choose a full day or a half-day sightseeing tour to the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Kathmandu Valley. You can either choose to go for a sauna. Visit the shops in the Thamel area for souvenir shopping.

    Day 12: Final Departure

    This is the final day of your trip and time to fly back to your home. You have the option to extend your trip to see the wildlife of Nepal or go for cultural tours. If you are ending up your Nepal trip, our representative escorts you to the Tribhuvan International Airport. Plan to reach the airport 3 hours earlier of your scheduled flight.
