Necessary Permits

One needs Trekkers’ Information Management Card (TIMS) and Annapurna Conservation Area entry permit for Annapurna Sunrise View Trek. The TIMS counter of Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal in Kathmandu issues the TIMS card. ACAP office at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu and Pokhara issue the ACAP Permit. Getting to the trailhead

There are two options to reach Pokhara, either you fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara or drive for 6-7 hours in a tourist A/C bus. It is a 20 minutes flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara. It takes a 2.5 hours drive from Pokhara to reach via Nayapul in a 4WD. We provide a private vehicle to drop you at Tikhedhunga. Your trek starts from Tikhedhunga.

    Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

    You are welcome at Tribhuwan International Airport of Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel by our company representative. After having some rest, we will provide you the details about the trekking and tour plan. Overnight stay at Kathamndu.

    Day 02: Flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara and drive to Nayapul

    We take a early flight to Pokhara or by tourist bus to reach Pokhara. Then we will take you to Lake City and immediately drive to Nayapul. The trekking starts from Nayapul along the Modi River. The day comprises of the rural road trip. Overnight stay at Tikhedhunga.

    Day 03: Trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani

    Day 04: Early morning trek to Poonhill- Back to Ghorepani- Trek to Tandapani

    We will hike early in the morning to view the world-famous sunrise viewpoint in Poonhill.
